The first jobs were quiet. No big stage, no marketing. Just showing up on time, prep done properly, and no chaos behind the counter. In Berlin, you quickly learn who just talks\u2014and who delivers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Over time, the projects grew. More guests, more responsibility, more pace. We didn\u2019t reinvent anything\u2014we simply delivered, consistently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
